Warm up to a good book!

Join our winter reading program for kids! All you need is a library card in good standing to participate. Parents must accompany children under the age of 8.

The reading begins on February 5 and ends March 29.

We will have three age groups: Birth-4, 5-8 and 9-12. For each book read you may fill out an entry ticket. Parents, of course, may read to young children and enter for them. You may earn 1 entry ticket for each age appropriate book read. Entry ticket must include child’s name, age, and phone number. Just place it in the drawing for your age group. You may read as much and enter as many times as you like! Three prizes will be given on Friday, March 30.

We will not have a weekly drawing or a prize tub as we do during summer reading.

Take a calendar and see what activities you would like to attend. You may enter a ticket for attending an activity as well. You could earn as many as 6 extra tickets for attending our fun programs!

March 29 is the last day to enter tickets into the drawing.

On Friday, March 30, we will have a reception at 2:00 p.m. with cookies and punch being served to all of our cool readers and their caregivers and prizes will be awarded to those whose names are drawn.
